Co-founder and Chairman of GAT Hospitality, Spain’s leading independent hotel management company, for the past seventeen years (since 2009).

Degree in Tourism from Universidad de Deusto. Founding Partner of GAT.<br /> Professional experience includes: General Manager of Hotel Abama (5* Deluxe, Tenerife), Operations Director at Confortel Hotels, General Manager of Hotel Confortel Islantilla (4*, Huelva), General Manager of Hotel Occidental Isla Bonita (5*, Venezuela), and General Manager of Hotel Occidental Riviera Beach (4*, Dominican Republic).

Diploma in Tourism Business and Activities and a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management and Administration from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.<br /> She has national experience as an Urban General Manager at Hotel Quo Fierro Madrid and international experience as a General Manager in Cuba (Blue Diamonds) and Mexico (Bahía Príncipe). She also served as Director of Operations at Sirenis Hotels & Resorts.

Professional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Global Exchange Group, Head of Labour Relations within HR at NH–Hesperia Hotels, and Human Resources Director at AC Marriott Hotels.

Graduate in Information Systems from the Universidad de Alcalá.<br /> National experience as Head of IT in several companies within the hospitality sector. Implementation of international projects for brands such as Marriott and Hilton.

Degree in Economics, with 9 years of experience at InterContinental Mar Menor and over 15 years of accumulated experience in the hospitality sector. Specialist in management control.
Senior Development Advisor
General Manager at Carey Value Added and Leading Hospitality, as well as Hotel Assets General Manager at Azora/Hispania (Spain’s first hotel REIT and a global reference), and Managing Director of the Hospitality Area at ASG Iberia.<br /> Experience includes asset renovations such as Hotel Palace Madrid and Alfonso XII Hotel in Seville.
